Are invoices and W-9 forms available?

Do you need power or a water source on-site?
No. Our espresso cart is plug-in, requiring a standard 20-amp outlet and self-contained with water. We require no special infrastructure — just a 6×6 ft footprint and access for setup.
How far in advance should we book?
